Common Questions

Before you ask.

Is there really no extra charge for design?
Correct. You pay the same RM 12.90 per jar whether you buy one at retail or order 30 with full custom design. Our design team's time, the label printing, the cost of premium adhesive paper — all included. We make it back through scale.
What if I don't have a design idea yet?
Perfect — that's what we're here for. Just tell us the occasion, names, and any colours or moods you love. Our designer will send you 1–2 directions to choose from, then refine the one you pick.
How many edits do I get?
Two rounds of revisions are included free. Additional rounds are charged at RM 50 per round, but honestly — by round two, most clients are already in love with their label.
What's the deposit and payment schedule?
50% deposit on order confirmation to lock in your slot. Remaining 50% before dispatch. We accept FPX, credit card, GrabPay, and direct bank transfer.
Can I order more than 30 jars but with different label designs?
Yes. If you'd like multiple label variations (e.g. "His" and "Hers" wedding jars), the 30-jar minimum applies per design. Most clients pick one anchor design and stick with it for a cohesive look.
Last-minute order? How fast can you turn around?
Standard lead time is 10 working days. Rush jobs (5–7 working days) are possible subject to capacity, with a 30% rush fee. Submit your enquiry and we'll let you know if your timeline works.
